PE carbon spiral pipe extrusion machine/PE pipe production line/carbon spiral pipe making machine:
PE carbon spiral pipe extrusion machine is equipped with polyolefin single screw extruder with high-speed extrusion and high-effective plasticizing. The production line adopts the screw with special detachment type, the spiral nose, reasonable channel and smooth pipes wall and specially designed cooling mode.
Production pipe range: 50-200mm; production speed: up to 0.6-1.5 m / min. Standard pipe head, spiral shunting body and large flowing space ensure sufficient residence time to melt in a low temperature. The machine is suitable for co-extrusion of polyolefin materials which can be squeezed into two layers or three layers and other different specifications spiral reinforced pipe.
The entrance of copper spiral sizing sleeve has pre-cooling device and powerful vacuum suction device, which is suitable for high-speed extrusion of the pipe. The unique spraying head can bring high efficient spray cooling. The longitudinal shifting motor can achieve three-dimensional adjustment. And the box is made of stainless steel.
